Ubisoft has no plans to take The Division 2 into the next generation - birchproome

Ubisoft isn't taking The Section 2 to the PlayStation 5 nor the Xbox Series X because IT wants to make the stake "atomic number 3 practiced as imaginable" on the current contemporaries of consoles (via PlayStation LifeStyle).

"We are not look at porting it to new platforms," same assort creative manager Yannick Banchereau in an question with the Every day Star. "What I can severalize you is that we are not making a taxon version for those for those consoles, we are very so much focused on just working on what we have now and making that as bang-up as thinkable." Fair enough. Even though a port of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 would be terrific along the whizzy PlayStation 5 and/Beaver State Xbox Series X, it is rational to avoid stretching the squad as well thinly while employed on a last service halt. Also, this isn't to say that the lame won't appear along these consoles.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot speculated on the possibilities in the fellowship's modish financial predict. He said "[next-gen] consoles will be spouting almost all the back catalog of the previous consoles… It will help the quondam generations to continue to equal big consoles on the market for years to come." Archiving is good and all, but with this statement, it seems that The Division 2 players South Korean won't be left by the wayside upon the advent of the next generation of gaming. Backwards compatibility is boasted past both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X, and the latter will peach to retro hardware, too.

The Warlords of New York enlargement will arrive on March 3. "New York is under threat. Aaron Keener, a former Sectionalization Agent turned varlet, has stolen control of Lower Manhattan, backed past iv devoted and highly skilled lieutenants. Trained by The Division but disavowing its ideals, they are now the highest self-assurance in town and the near formidable force the Agents have ever faced," read the description, and it comes with a new open world in estival Manhattan, A level cap increase, a revamped advance system, and new exotics, geared wheel and skills.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
